I require a 50% non-refundable retainer upon booking and the remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event date. After completing form below, look out for an email/link from me with your contract and invoice. The 50% retainer must be paid on the invoice received within 48 hours of receipt. If you are booking within 14 days of event, payment is due in full. All payments must be made via Paypal, Cash App or Square. I do not accept cash the day of the event.
PLEASE NOTE- Orders of $200 or less must be paid in full at time of booking. For all events booked within two weeks of event date, there will be a rush fee of $50. For all events booked within one week of event date, there will be a rush fee of $100. No Exceptions.
There is a delivery fee of $0.99/ mile.
The contract does not need to be signed by you, but fulfilling the retainer obligation does mean that you agree with all contract terms.
Once your slot is secured, you have 48 hours to make any changes (color scheme, additional decor, etc.). Steph’s Balloon Decor & More LLC must provide all balloons.
I require 2-3 hours of set up time unless otherwise specified.
